The University of Guelma began in the last quarter of 2023 to equip the new university campus, which includes 6000 teaching places, consisting of three institutions, each with a capacity of 2000 places. These are the Institute of Telecommunications, the Faculty of Exact Sciences, and the Faculty of Health. The cost of teaching equipment has exceeded 66.5 million DZD, while the cost of library equipment is approximately 54 million DZD. Additionally, the cost of administrative furniture has surpassed 42.8 million DZD. Including other equipment to ensure security and optimal conditions for students, teachers, and staff, the total cost amounts to 240 million DZD
